We collect information about you when you make an enquiry via our website, contact us regarding making a claim, complete one of our questionnaires, and/or send documentation / communications in support of your claim to us.

How is your information used?

The information will only be used to provide the services you have requested from us. In providing these services we may need to provide information to medical and other experts.

How long will the information be retained?

We will retain the information for as long as we are providing the requested service to you. Once the service provision has been completed the information will be retained for as long as required in respect of our legal obligations. This is likely to be for a minimum of six years.

Your rights

If we have asked for your consent you may withdraw that consent at any time in writing.

You can request, details of your personal data that we hold,  rectification to the data if inaccurate or incomplete, restrictions on the use of the data, and that the data be transferred to you in a commonly used format.
