Fixed Fee Employment Law Solicitors

We offer several options in respect of employment law work from initial advice meeting, up to and including preparation of your case and representation at tribunal; dependant upon the amount of assistance you require with your case. Where we refer to disbursements below this would include expert fees if needed, counsel fees if needed and expenses incurred in attending at tribunal.

To cover all steps from initial meeting, completion of ET1, assessments of defence and witness statements, response to defence, preparation for and representation at 1 day at tribunal the cost would be £8,500.00 plus VAT + disbursements.

In the situation where you have already completed the ET1 and have engaged with ACAS in respect of  mediation.  Then the cost for assessments of defence and witness statements, response to defence, preparation for and representation at 1 day at tribunal would be £5,000.00 plus VAT + disbursements

To help with completion of ET1,assessment of defence and witness statement, letter before action but no representation at tribunal the cost would be £1,500.00 plus VAT

For initial advice (1/2 hour) plus letter before action only the cost would be £250.00 plus VAT

For initial advice (1/2 hours) only the cost would be £75.00 plus VAT
