Man awarded £20,000 after accident at work
Our client approached Attwood personal injury specialists after crushing his arm whilst repairing a vehicle at the garage he worked for.
After obtaining free no obligation advice, it soon became clear that our client had injured himself as a result of poor training and faulty equipment supplied by his employer. As a result, we managed to secure £20,000 compensation.

The NHS trust refused to accept liability, however, having issued proceedings and lengthy negotiations, the NHS trust agreed to pay our Client compensation of £12,000.
Man receives £1200 compensation after sustaining burns in gym
A man left permanently scarred after sustaining second degree burns at his gym in Newcastle-under-Lyme has won £1200 compensation.
Our client was using the sauna when he realised something causing considerable discomfort and pain on his back. Upon closer inspection he noticed several metal screws protruding out of the back rest where he was sitting. After developing painful and unsightly blisters which resulted in a lack of sleep and time off work, our client approached Attwood personal injury solicitors for free legal advice.

An elderly lady was awarded £22,500 in compensation after tripping over a sign post that had fallen over and was covered with leaves.
After suffering a broken collar bone and dislocated shoulder, which required a 2 hour operation to repair, our client approached Attwood personal injury solicitors for no obligation advice on making a claim for her injury.
